Optimising IT Training

I delivered a webinar with TTS Knowledge Solutions a couple of days ago, which examined how to streamline IT Training practices.

The context of our presentation was as follows: IT Deployments are at an 8 year high.  Training budgets have been cut (typically by 12% in large organizations).  No wonder that effective use of enterprise software is in decline. According to Neochange it has fallen to 52%.  The time wasted by sub-optimal use of business software "costs" more than an organization's entire IT budget!
